Tuan Haji Aminudin bin Mat Yusof is the founder and
appointed as Executive Chairman of AIMS-GLOBAL. He is an
entrepreneur with extensive interest and experience in oil &
gas, maritime, agriculture, construction, management
solutions & services and education.
He involved and succeeded in acquisition and privatization of
the Mara Shipyard & Engineering Terengganu Sdn. Bhd. in
1997 and Permint Engineering Sdn. Bhd. in 2002.
Other than AIMS-GLOBAL, Tuan Haji Aminudin also holds
directorships in MSET Groups (MSET Shipbuilding Corporation
Sdn. Bhd. , MSET Inflatable Corporation Sdn. Bhd. and MSET
Offshore Corporation Sdn. Bhd.) , Ultimate Double Sdn. Bhd.,
SMIPS Education Sdn. Bhd., MCM Corporate Services Sdn.
Bhd., Yayasan Sulaiman Al-Haj and Iman Permai Sdn. Bhd.
Captain Mohd Tarmizi bin Mejam was appointed as Group Chief
Executive Officer (Group CEO) of AIMS-GLOBAL since
December 2012 and Executive Director of AIMS-GLOBAL.
He also holds directorship in MSET Group. He has extensive
experiences in the international maritime industry for over
seventeen years. He also qualified as a Master Mariner with a
Masters in Foreign-Going Unlimited. He joined AIMS-GLOBAL
since May 2009.
Before joining the AIMS-GLOBAL , he served as Master/Captain
in Malaysia International Shipping Corporation (“MISC”) Berhad,
who were responsible to handle full in command of the vessel.
He was also entrusted by the owners for the safety and efficient
day to day running of the vessel in complying with all industry
standard, International Rules, Regulation and Convention.
